Job Title: SAP Business Analyst

Duration: Initial contract 11 months (renewable)

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)

Location: Loncin, Liege, Belgium (Hybrid: ~2 days WFH / 3 days onsite)

 

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support a major defence/IT digital transformation programme.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary SAP focal point for business stakeholders, ensuring system stability and ongoing support. Lead and coordinate a network of key users across multiple countries to drive SAP standard adoption. Analyse requirements, challenge business needs, and produce clear SAP functional specifications. Oversee governance of SAP access, roles, master data and documentation. Support and prepare testing phases, including integration and UAT. Liaise with business teams, system integrators, and a central competence centre to align solutions. Contribute actively to the S/4HANA migration programme.

 

Must-Have Skills:

5–10 years’ experience as an SAP Business Analyst within industrial or technical environments. Broad SAP knowledge with strong expertise in one or more modules: SD, MM, QM, PP, WM, PS. Strong understanding of BOMs, routings, and master data processes. Native or bilingual French, plus full professional proficiency in English.

 

Nice-to-Have:

Experience working within defence or highly regulated sectors. Previous exposure to large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Ability to work within multicultural and international environments.
