The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** + Design, customize, document and perform testing of SAP BW data models within project timetable. + Handle Batch Cycle operational support ( data loads monitoring and issue resolution, incident and problem resolution, downtime and performance management ). + Acquire and apply knowledge on new IT solutions ( e.g. BW on HANA, Front-end tools and Datalake solutions ). + Participate in workshops during project alignment and definition with business key-users. Carry out unit testing & facilitate user testing. Provide ad-hoc training and basic consulting/IT services. **Qualifications** + Bachelors Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience + Minimum 2 years SAP experience with at least 1 SAP project implementation and support management + Possess basic business process knowledge in the relevant field + Ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environment + With proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving + With very good communication skills and interpersonal relations + English language fluency in business writing and comprehension **Additional Information** The candidate must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig under a hybrid work setup (50% onsite, 50% remote).
