岗位职责：
1、负责SAP新项目的基础设施搭建，包括系统安装、配置及权限分配。
2、监控系统性能，处理异常问题，优化系统配置并制定调优方案。
3、为SAP用户提供账号管理、传输打印等技术指导，协助处理客户端问题。
4、与开发团队协同完成系统升级、迁移等项目任务。
岗位要求：
1、精通SAP BASIS系统安装、配置、升级及日常运维，熟悉 Solution Manager 、 SAP Router 等核心组件的部署与维护。
2、具备HANA数据库系统部署、维护及故障处理能力，熟悉HANA Cockpit等管理工具。
3、精通 Linux （ AIX 、 SUSE 等）、 Windows 系统管理，掌握 Oracle ASM 、 Dataguard 等存储技术。
4、数据迁移与备份：熟练使用 RMAN 工具进行数据库备份、恢复及迁移，熟悉 Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control 。
5、通常需5年以上SAP BASIS运维经验，有HANA项目实施经验者优先。
6、持有HANA相关认证（如 SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP HANA System Administration ）。
7、良好的英文读写及沟通能力，适应国际化工作环境。
