MAIN DUTIES + Develop and implement best-in-class SIOP practices. + Matrix responsibilities for Production Planning’s manufacturing resource-planning activities. + These activities need to help achieve division sales and revenue target objectives and maintain 100% on-time customer deliveries. + Matrix responsibilities for personnel involved with the MRP database to achieve and maintain a high degree of data accuracy, integrity, and ownership. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES + Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of SIOP strategies and objectives. + Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SIOP processes, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement. + Inventory Management: Ensure effective inventory control strategies are in place to support customer demands while minimizing excess stock and associated costs. + To align on inventory levels, lead times, and delivery schedules to optimize the supply chain. + Lean Initiatives: Actively support and implement lean principles and methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste within the SIOP processes. JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS + Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations. + Experience: 2-3 years in this job, Demand planning, Supply Chain, or Operation. + Language: English fluency KEY COMPETENCIES + Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices + Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel + Strong analytical skills with the ability to inter complex data + Good communication and stakeholder management + Problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment + Ability to influence cross-functional teams
