Job DescriptionEnsure the role development process for SAP systems aligns with Bosch’s global standards.Monitor SAP projects and take ownership of all authorization-related topics.Act as a key interface between user departments, project teams, and role development units.Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the globe.Support critical project phases including cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare.Provide technical consulting and support to SAP users facing authorization challenges.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in (Business) Informatics or a related field.

Experience:

Solid understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA functional aspects;Proven experience in SAP authorization management and implementing authorization concepts.

Knowledge:

Strong cross-module knowledge and ability to navigate complex SAP environments;Familiarity with global project coordination and stakeholder management.

Languages:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Personality:

Independent, structured, and customer-focused approach;Able to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities;Team-oriented mindset and openness to multicultural collaboration;Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments;Clear communicator with a proactive attitude.
