What You will Do:
Conduct virtual Ariba training sessions to individuals and groupsDevelop training materials and resources for Ariba usersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goalsMonitor the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and surveysMake necessary changes to improve training program and materialsMonitor and evaluate user proficiency post-training to provide additional support as neededBe a point of escalation to resolve roadblocksWork Experience
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience as an Ariba Trainer or similar roleStrong knowledge of AribaStrong instructional and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in developing training materials and user guidesExcellent communication and ability to effectively collaborate and interact with employeesRelevant certifications in Ariba a plus
Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within Puerto Rico
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.
