Job Description This SAP Ariba Integration & Development role will lead integration between SAP ECC and SAP Ariba for supplier registration automation and collaborate with procurement and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of design milestones. This individual will need to drive development and implementation of enhancements for supplier registration and contract management processes based on business feedback. Ongoing support will be needed to build and maintain ServiceNow-based support workflows and documentation, and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and external teams for support operations. The should develop and facilitate internal and external communications related to Ariba and procurement updates, partner with communications team to maintain compliance with company standards, support improvements to internal SharePoint and supplier portals, and maintain accurate records of project decisions and developments. Ongoing support will be to provide post-deployment hypercare support and assist with system support requests as needed. Additional ongoing leadership and training tasks will include training internal teams and end-users on SAP Ariba functionalities and preparing associates for basic support roles and ensure knowledge transfer, and lastly address unique requests that align with project scope and stakeholder agreements. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience working specifically with SAP Ariba development and implementation 3+ years’ experience working specifically surrounding supplier registration and contract management Background in SAP ECC Integration and understanding of automation workflows Ability to manage projects using Smartsheets and adhere to IT governance standards Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow (SNOW) support structures (Levels 1–3), including workflows and user interface development. Skilled in creating internal and external communication strategies aligned with corporate standards. Ability to develop comprehensive documentation for processes, decisions, and support materials. Experience in training end-users and building internal support capabilities Quick communication and response time for new inquiries and providing timely and prioritized responses for active work Familiarity with IT guidelines and procurement processes. Prior experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders (e.g. Deloitte, Akotis, Purchasing teams). Background in change management and hypercare support post-deployment. Exposure to procurement policy alignment and process optimization.
