Skills /Competencies:

Essential Skills:

Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.

Strong experience in SAP AMS delivery, with hands-on expertise in at least one SAP module from ABAP, MM, SD, Finance, BW or BPC Consolidation.

Hands-on experience in resolving incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Service Management with ITIL knowledge.

Proven track record in client-facing roles and service delivery management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow reports).


Preferred skills:

For ABAP: debugging, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and performance tuning.

For functional modules (MM, SD, Finance): configuration, data analysis, and integration knowledge. Strong understanding of business processes related to the chosen module.

For BW/BPC: data modeling, reporting, and consolidation functionalities.


Additional Skills:

Excellent customer interfacing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
