**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Administrator with 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. Travel may be required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the administration and maintenance of SAP systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability. + Oversee the technical upgrade of SAP systems including planning execution and post-upgrade support. + Provide expertise in SAP S/4HANA Administration ensuring seamless integration and operation within the organization. + Manage SAP BTP Administration including monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning. + Administer SAP HANA databases ensuring data integrity security and high availability. + Perform NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Administration tasks including system configuration monitoring and performance optimization. + Conduct regular system health checks and implement proactive measures to prevent issues. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP systems meet business requirements and support organizational goals. + Develop and maintain documentation for SAP system configurations processes and procedures. + Provide technical support and guidance to end-users ensuring timely resolution of issues. + Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect SAP systems and data. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP administration and apply this knowledge to improve system performance. + Participate in on-call support rotation and respond to system emergencies as needed. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. + Demonstrate expertise in Industrial Manufacturing domain understanding the unique challenges and requirements of the industry. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. + Show strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Display a proactive approach to system maintenance and issue resolution. + Have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. + Be willing to travel as required to support project and business needs.
