Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Application Support Consultant with hands-on ABAP skills and good functional knowledge of SAP SSR to support card and accounting transaction processing systems. The role focuses on production support, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, issue resolution, and close coordination with business and technical teams to ensure smooth operations within SLA.
Job Description:
• 4–8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and production support
• Strong hands-on experience in ABAP configuration, debugging and issue resolution
• Debugging of interfaces, batch jobs, IDocs, file-based processing
• Good functional understanding of SAP SSR application
• Experience supporting card transaction and accounting processes
• Knowledge of GL postings, reconciliation, and batch processing
• Experience with high-volume transaction systems
• Strong understanding of card transaction lifecycle and accounting processes
• Analyze and resolve transaction failures, accounting mismatches, and posting errors
• Monitor card transactions, batch jobs, settlement, and accounting postings
• Support Daily, month-end, and year-end processing
• Handle incidents, service requests, and Issues
• Interact with business users and stakeholders for issue resolution
