You’ll be part of a crew that supports pharmaceutical production by making sure everything is disinfected, documented, and ready to roll for the next shift.
What You’ll Be DoingCleaning and disinfecting cleanrooms between production runsFollowing detailed procedures (we’ll train you!) to keep everything up to standardWearing full cleanroom gear and using sterile techniquesMixing and labeling cleaning solutionsSafely disposing of pharmaceutical wasteKeeping accurate records and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Reporting any equipment or safety issuesHelping out with equipment setup and other production support tasksWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who’s detail-oriented and reliableComfortable working in cleanroom attireAble to follow procedures and keep accurate documentationExperience in a cleanroom or sanitation role is a plus, but not requiredFamiliarity with GMP/cGMP is helpfulShifts & PayHeads up: If you're hired for 2nd or 3rd shift, you'll start on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks of training. No shift differential during training.
1st Shift (Training Shift):Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri)Pay: $19.75/hour3rd Shift:Hours: 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Sun–Thurs)Pay: $19.75/hour + $3/hour shift differentialWork EnvironmentYou’ll be working in a 503B pharmaceutical outsourcing facility. It’s a clean, highly regulated space where safety and precision matter. Smocks are required outside the cleanroom, and full gowning is required inside. You’ll be helping support the production of pain management products.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.75 - $22.75/hr.
