**Job Title: Sanitation Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a Sanitation Worker in a dynamic and heavy Spanish-speaking environment. This position requires flexibility with working hours as it includes shifts from 10 AM to 1:30 PM, 10:30 PM to 10 PM, and 10 PM to 5:30 AM. This is a contract role with potential opportunities to apply for contract-to-hire positions after October 29th. **Responsibilities** + Clean and sanitize refrigerators and mop the floors. + Clean and sanitize production ovens. + Disassemble and clean machinery such as conveyor belts, sprayers, mixers, laminators, and wrapping machines. + Collect garbage and cardboard from production areas. + Conduct general cleaning in break rooms, offices, and production areas. + Manage heavy waste of dough and ingredients from production. + Perform general cleaning of the plant's drains. + Clean and disinfect restrooms, lobby, and bathrooms. + Complete MSS and daily documentation. + Maintain cleanliness of the exterior plant area. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning and sanitation. + Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Ability to perform janitorial and general labor duties. + Experience in food production environments. + Ability to stand, bend, kneel, move, and lift up to 50 pounds during an 8-10 hour shift. + Attention to detail and ability to understand written and verbal policies. + Basic math skills. + Capability to work overtime when needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to cope with standardized situations with only occasional variables. + Proficiency in contacting management when problems arise. + Commitment to following strict safety and food safety standards. **Why Work Here?** Embrace the opportunity to be part of a company that values flexibility and growth.
