Sanitation Technician (Part-Time)
The Sanitation Technician is a part-time temporary position working approximately 4-5 hours per week, responsible for basic cleaning and laundry tasks inside FEMA travel trailers. This entry-level role supports the cleanliness and readiness of trailers by performing light cleaning, restocking supplies, and laundering linens. Ideal for someone seeking minimal weekly hours and flexible work. Essential Duties + Perform basic cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and sleeping areas inside travel trailers. + Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and remove trash. + Wash, dry, fold, and replace linens such as towels and bedding. + Restock toiletries and basic supplies as needed. + Report any noticeable damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor. + Follow simple cleaning checklists and safety guidelines. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Complete tasks independently and on time with minimal supervision. + Perform other light duties as assigned.
