Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Sanitation Worker to join our food manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis. You will play a key role in keeping production areas, equipment, and workspaces clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of production lines, equipment, and work areas.
Follow GMP, HACCP, and company food safety protocols.
Maintain sanitation logs and records accurately.
Dispose of waste properly and ensure materials are stored safely.
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Assist production team with any additional cleaning-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of food processing and sanitation procedures.
Experience in food manufacturing, bakery, coffee, or similar environments preferred.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and safe handling procedures.
