We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cleaning Technicianto support daily operations within our laboratory facilities. This role is critical to maintaining the cleanliness, compliance, and readiness of our Source production areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, thorough, and committed to upholding the highest standards of facility hygiene and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Execute daily and weekly facility maintenance and preparation tasks according to established checklists.Perform detailed and thorough cleaning of Source production areas, including line clearance and equipment segregation, while wearing appropriate gowning.Maintain and rotate cleaning agents, including sporicidal solutions, in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.Complete facility control tasks such as hallway, floor, and wall cleaning, as well as temperature monitoring and specific room sanitation.Document all cleaning activities accurately and in a timely manner to ensure traceability and compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production readiness and respond to facility needs.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.Comfortable wearing PPE and working in cleanroom environments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and organizational skills.Why Join Us:Be part of a mission-driven team focused on high-impact scientific work.Gain hands-on experience in a regulated, fast-paced biotech environment.Opportunities for growth and cross-training in other support functions.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
