In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.
**How you will contribute**
You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety and sanitation requirements are accurately translated into process in a timely manner, provide basic food safety and sanitation requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Sanitation, Quality and Food Safety experts.

+ Completed higher education in Food Technology or related sciences
+ Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management systems
+ Basic knowledge of microbiology, chemistry, chocolate production, hygienic design, occupational safety and ergonomics
+ Knowledge of MS Office programs
+ Independence – ability to make decisions
+ Flexibility, creativity and proactivity in taking actions
+ High interpersonal skills (communication at various levels of the organization)
+ Orientation towards action and achieving goals
+ Ability to present, conduct meetings and training
+ Ability to work both in a team and individually
+ Accuracy and detail in operation

+ Some experience in the food industry/Quality Management department
+ Knowledge of the HACCP system and Sanitation related subjects such as Pest Control, GMP.
+ Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
**More about this role**
**What you need to know about this position:** You will ensure high quality and safety of finished products in accordance with CIQ assumptions. Coordinating the Sanitation program at the factory level. Managing the GMP program and maintaining high hygiene standards for the production/warehouse area and supporting areas. Maintaining the quality system and effectively implementing its assumptions. Ensuring compliance of quality systems with the requirements of quality policies and legal requirements.
+ Manage the factory sanitation and hygiene program. Ensuring that MDLZ requirements, legal, requirements regarding GMP and sanitary policies are implemented.
+ Leading GMP program and improving continuously in all areas related with manufacturing site.
+ Preparing the factory for internal (SPR) and external audits. Ensuring compliance of documentation in this area. Conducting annual assessment of production lines.
+ Ensuring that the approval is taken from regional quality, sanitation support teams by making the required risk analyses in case of any change.
+ Coordinating the work of external companies such as pest control company and cleaning and sanitation company. Leading the activities an appropriate level of hygiene in the factory area through cooperation with pest control and cleaning/sanitation service company.
+ Support for CI, Engineering and BD projects in the field of sanitary design, GMP requirements, involving FAT/SAT for the projects. To ensure product safety and ensure safe working conditions and environmental protection
+ Keeping the plant knowledge updated for Sanitation program related topics such as assigning refreshment trainings for Hygienic design standards for engineering and maintenance teams etc.
+ Following production plan and PIC/PEC plan, verify product quality, cleaning and allergen changeover effectiveness. CIP verification and validation and environmental conditions of your responsible area.
+ KPI reporting for Sanitation, based on the trend analysis and sanitation program records data, giving project suggestions for improving the sanitation program at Oslo Plant.
+ Active role implementing the IL6S program through participation and work within the pillars (e.g. QM, AM)
+ Participating in meetings:
- project meetings (including your idea)
- production area (DMS)
- RCA (concerning complaints/incidents/stops and quality events/defect measurements)
- HACCP team
- QA department
- FAT&SAT
+ Ensure all Quality and Food Safety and respective policies and legal requirements, customer requirements- and expectations are in place in your responsible area.
+ Supporting the Quality team in constantly improving the Sanitation program updates. Planning the required / requested training together with the quality and other relevant teams, capability building for sanitation related topics for operation.
+ Performing internal audits to verify the system effectiveness for Mondelez QP requirements and FSSC
+ Validation and verification of documents and records according to the defined plan such as quality controls (PKKS), allergen changeover, sPP, CIP, extraneous matter control devices, net content, label control etc
+ Ensure the food safety requirements of your responsible area based on Mondelez requirements with the collaboration of Food Safety coordinator.
+ Ensuring that the operations under your responsibility are performed in line with common goals of the organization.
+ Ensure Occupational Safety and Environment regulations are in place by following HSE instructions; providing a healthy and safe working environment ensuring that the employees work in line with the procedures and rules
+ Sampling micro test according to the plant PEM plan and equipment swabs when necessary, sending samples and keeping records.
+ Participating and organizing activities to increase the Quality Culture in your responsible area.
+ Knowing the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position, stating your questions and concerns when faced with an unethical or non-complying situation, acting with integrity at every point of business conduct
**Work schedule:** 80%. Please note that this is a 6 months contract.
