You'll supervise a team of supervisors, leads, and hourly associates, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement and operational readiness. **Key Responsibilities:** + Direct all sanitation activities during night shift operations + Lead and develop the sanitation team, ensuring proper training, compliance, and performance + Maintain and enforce food safety and sanitation standards aligned with USDA, FDA, and GFSI regulations (e.g., SQF, BRC) + Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance to minimize downtime and meet cleaning requirements + Oversee allergen control, chemical usage, and sanitation verification programs + Prepare for and participate in third-party, regulatory, and customer audits + Drive process improvements in sanitation effectiveness, efficiency, and safety **What You’ll Bring:** + 5+ years of sanitation experience in a USDA/FDA-regulated food manufacturing environment + At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role leading hourly teams + Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and environmental monitoring + Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead change + Spanish fluency a strong plus **Interested?** Click _Apply Now_ and a recruiter will be in touch to discuss next steps.
