Job Title: Sanitation Lead
Job Description

This position is for a Sanitation Lead on the 3rd shift, working from 11pm to 7:30am. The role involves leading a team of approximately 28 sanitation associates in a hands-on capacity, requiring detailed disassembly and assembly of large-scale bakery production equipment while adhering to master sanitation schedules.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a crew of 28 sanitation associates.Disassemble and assemble large-scale bakery production equipment.Follow master sanitation schedules and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.Implement process improvement and conduct root cause analysis for sanitation issues.Perform janitorial duties as required.Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Essential SkillsMinimum 2-3 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing facility.Experience leading a sanitation crew.Hands-on experience with large food manufacturing equipment, especially in a bakery setting.Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.Knowledge of HACCP protocols and sanitizing techniques.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with process improvement.Ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on.Skill in identifying and addressing root causes of sanitation issues.Work Environment

The work environment is a food manufacturing facility with multiple production lines, each producing different products based on daily order demands. The bakery environment includes large mixers and ovens, and requires the sanitation team to disassemble and hand wash machinery. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.

This is a direct placement opportunity. Benefits will be provided by client upon hire or before hand at request of the candidate.
