As a Subway Sandwich Artist atSodexo in RoyalStoke Hospital, you’ll play an importantpart in preparing and serving nutritious, comforting meals that support patientrecovery and wellbeing. You’ll also help maintain a clean, safe environment inthe kitchen and dining areas. With a cheerful attitude and great customer service,your presence can make a real difference in someone’s day. What you’ll do:

Complete production of Subway produce for daily service in line with specificationEnsure food storage and preparation comply with Subway and Sodexo standardsReceive, check, and store deliveriesMaintain a safe working environment for staff and guestsMaintain personal hygiene and uniform standards in line with brand expectationsDeliver high standards of customer service, ensuring survey results are achievedPromote both Subway and Sodexo brands at all timesOperate and declare the till daily, capturing all revenue and bread count at end of serviceAttend monthly Sodexo Great Training Program, annual appraisals, and competency checksMaintain stock rotation in all store locations, minimizing risk of waste or spoilageStay informed of current promotional activity and ensure adequate stock of relevant productsUpsell additional products to guests, following training provided via the online Subway UniversityUndertake other duties and projects as requested by management to ensure smooth operation of Subway/Retail services

What you bring:

A passion for delivering tasty, nutritious food with careA friendly, professional attitude and respect for patients, visitors, and colleaguesBasic food-handling knowledge and hygiene awareness, level 2 food safety is preferablePrevious work experience in Subway would be great but previous food preparation and food service experience is enoughThe ability to stay on your feet and work efficiently during busy service periods, and work under pressure
