In 2021 we moved into a brand new ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in Madison, WI designed to conduct food chemistry testing specializing in infant formula, sole-source nutrition products, hemp and CBD, dietary supplements, and a variety of botanicals. Our testing portfolio includes vitamins, minerals, contaminants, pesticides and shelf-life studies.

We test of a variety of instrumentation including UPLC, HPLC, GC, and LCMS technologies. We offer an innovative and collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to develop expertise on a wide variety of analytical instruments! Job DescriptionDemonstrate and promotes the company visionRegular attendance and punctualityApplies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateMove samples on a regular basis to the assigned location between Sample Prep, Lab and MicrobiologyMonitor sample location bins in various lab areas and sample prepProactively communicates any issues and concerns about sample movements to the supervisor or lab leadersEnsuring every barcode is scanned and the sample has the correct location assignedOccasionally work in sample disposal areaCommunicates discrepancies to appropriate personnel.Performs other related duties as assigned.Overtime and weekend work as required.Will be exposed to potential food allergens (ex. Milk, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, etc.).Physical requirements include, but not are limited to, walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting.  May work in walk-in cold storage units.Expected to understand the process for handling hazardous wastes and receive on-the-job training for handling specific waste types in their job area.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for short periods of time.Work may requires use of PPE (personal protective equipment).Hours:  M-F 2:00 pm-10:00 pm
