Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.
Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Meanwhile, the development of electro-hydraulic steering and electric power steering system are also in progress. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.
博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。
公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场，并开展电液混合及电动助力转向系统的开发。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。
Job DescriptionReceive and process in-house sample orders from SAP system;通过SAP接收并处理内部样件订单；
Check the technical documents availability & confirm the lead time;确认样件生产所需相关技术文档以及交付时间；
Active communication with project leaders on sample project timeline, identify the risk and escalate timely;主动同项目负责人沟通样件交付时间，识别风险并及时升级；
Prepare materials, fixtures, etc. according to BOM requirements;根据BOM要求准备相关物料以及工装等；
Place raw material order to purchasing and track the delivery status;向采购部门发起采购订单并跟踪交付状态；
Arrange the sample construction with the relevant resources, e.g., MOE, ENG to make sure the OTD & quality;协调相关部门MOE, ENG等资源完成样件制作，确保按时按质按量交付；
Establish new Sample line, release and maintain in daily production;搭建新的样件生产设备并完成日常生产必要的释放和维护；
Develop A/B sample process together with TEF;同TEF部门开发A/B样件工艺过程；
Plan budget for sample’s EWAK, tools and manage sample cost;策划样件所需工装工具预算，为样件成本负责；
Define & maintain quality measurements for sample production line: e.g. FMEA, CP;制定并更新样件生产相关文档如FMEA，CP以确保样件质量；
Lead and responsible for problem solving of sample production;主导样件生产过程中的问题解决；
Gain the sample experience in the early stage and support the industrialization performance (e.g., SE meeting, ENG sample involvement, etc.);收集早期样件制作相关经验，助力工业化（同步工程，产品设计优化等）；
Organize the daily management of sample workshop (5S, 14Q, HSE);负责样件车间的日常管理工作以及车间员工的工作安排，如5S, 14Q，HSE 等；
Other CIP activities;其他CIP活动；
Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
QualificationsEducation学历Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering background or similar technical oriented major.
机械相关专业，本科或以上学历。
Experience工作经验
Production planning engineer or SE engineer experience, w/ project experience is preferred.
具备生产线规划或同步工程以及项目经验者优先。
Skills 技能MS Office skill;
熟练使用办公软件；
Fluent English in oral & writing, basic presentation skills;良好的英文听说读写技能；
Familiar with the manufacturing processes: e.g., Machining, Assembly, Testing, etc.熟悉生产工艺，如机加工，装配及测试。
