Job DescriptionManage sample handling activities across all production steps, including reception, aliquoting, dispatching, and stability processes, in collaboration with BE, US, and IT Product Analytic Senior Managers.Coordinate stability reporting, trending analysis, and consistency tables with Analytical Product Leaders, ARD technical experts, external partners, and Quality teams.Address unplanned events related to stability processes, sample dispatching, or SAP master data management.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of documentation, minimizing the need for rework and maintaining compliance with quality standards.Oversee assignments and multiple priorities to achieve milestones within established timelines.Collaborate effectively within a complex matrix structure involving Analytical Product Leaders, Technical Development Leaders, Platform Heads, and technical experts.Establish strong communication networks and foster collaboration to enable smooth partnerships and efficient project delivery.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as biological sciences, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in scientific or operational roles within a pharmaceutical environment.Solid computer literacy and ability to work with common digital tools.Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and responsibilities.Strong organizational skills to ensure milestones are achieved within established timelines.Possess fluent communication skills in both French and English.Additional InformationA full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job.A Permanent contract with flexible working hours.
