ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Sample Coordinator, you will support the Apparel product creation team by facilitating the processing, tracking, organization, and shipment of all samples across designated categories.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Salesman Sample and Marketing Sample gatekeeper, manage inventory and organization of samples, packing/unpacking, archiving dated samples.Manage internal tracking system for real time status of samples, from order to delivery across departments and through final archiving.Follow up on any missing samples via email with overseas suppliers.Constant communication with our overseas suppliers to ensure on time delivery of samples.Field and manage requests for samples from business partners; management of check in/check out process according to established guidelines to ensure tracking of samples at all times.Pull and package samples for photoshoots as needed, influencer moments, athletes, and PR needs.Organize in house sample racks and showroom closet.Support the ordering of SMS for all departments seasonally along with late adds and reorders.

Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Analytical/Problem Solver.Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a self-starter.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.High attention to detail and excellent follow through.Ability to work independently.Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environmentComputer proficiency; Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), PLM (Product Life Management) system.

Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2+ years' experience in the Apparel Industry

The pay range for this position is $21-$23/hr USD.
