Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with at least 10 years of hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. This role will focus on delivering robust solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and mobile experiences, including the Salesforce Mobile App and custom mobile solutions. Preferred experience with Agentforce is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce projects, ensuring high-quality design and implementation.
• Architect and develop scalable solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
• Design and implement mobile-first solutions using Salesforce Mobile App and custom mobile frameworks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, mobile technologies, and Agentforce capabilities.

• Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
