As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will support new business development, design and configure client solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to maintain Salesforce certifications, knowledge, and skills. Qualifications / Certifications required:

Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud (desirable)

Salesforce Certified Service Cloud (desirable)

Experience required:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or functional analysis

Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations and customizations

Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices

Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities of role:

Development of client solutions:

 

Contribute to engagement deliverables pertaining to all aspects of Salesforce Data Cloud technology

Assist in discovery & design workshops to identify client requirements

Design and review Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to meet client requirements

Input into the estimation of engagements in discovery, pre-build, and in-build phases

Manage the build of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions using configuration

Ensure the quality and timeliness of build deliverables

Perform customization of Salesforce Data Cloud using configuration

Facilitate end-user training and other user adoption activities

Work in an agile culture and a high-performance-driven environment

Help identify and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of the Client’s platform

Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business

Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines

Commercial:

Supporting Pre-sales during the development of new business with new or existing clients

Support the production of proposals & working with wider teams to present proposals

Assist in the review of proposals during the pre-sales process to ensure proposal accuracy

Work with the commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover into Delivery processes

Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable resourcing planning

General

Maintain certification in selected Salesforce products

Maintain and improve internal team skills, processes, and ways of working

Help mentor and coach other colleagues

Participate in the PwC culture, practices, and teams

Desirable skill sets include:

Required Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud configurations

Background in CRM process design and implementation

Strong presentation and communication skills

Strong aptitude; logical and analytical ability

Support change control best practices, including management of multiple code/configuration streams, code/Configuration merging, and promoting changes to production

Experience with integrated packages e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign, CTI, Marketing Tools, Copado, MuleSoft
