Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Salesforce Technical Architect. This role is Contract to hire. Summary: In this role, you will focus on accelerating the development pipeline using AI, specifically aiming to streamline the process from story gathering to code deployment in Salesforce. This position will report to the Senior Director of IT and will be responsible for designing, documenting, coding, implementing, maintaining, and evolving applications, Salesforce solutions and integrations. This includes working with business stakeholders, product managers and developers to deliver robust scalable solutions with competing priorities in a collaborative Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: * Salesforce Technical Architect will evaluate and implement AI tools to speed up requirements gathering, code generation, and deployment * Guide the team in selecting and setting up the right tools for automation and validation throughout the pipeline * Ensure the pipeline can take stories, validate them, and move them efficiently to production with minimal manual intervention * Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, performance and security standards, approved architecture designs, and best practices
