Salesforce Technical Architect

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and interface with the developers to design, develop, test and implement critical functionality and POCs.
- Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
- Architect and design application solutions.
- Guide developers.
- Provide hands-on development support.
- Design software components from business requirements.
- Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.

Key Responsibilities: · Architect complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud. · Ensure compliance with federal standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST). · Lead integration efforts using APIs and tools like MuleSoft. · Oversee the design, data models, and system integrations for Health Cloud. · Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and security best practices. · Guide development teams and conduct technical reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; Health Cloud certification preferred. · 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 5+ years in an architect role. · Strong experience with Health Cloud and federal compliance. · Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning, API integrations, and DevOps. · Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce Shield. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree. Experience with GovCloud, HL7, and large-scale healthcare systems. · Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira. EEO Statement Maximus is an equal opportunity employer.
