Job Description:

Lead discovery workshops, which includes the facilitation of large audiences, solution presentations, and prototype demonstrations.Comfortable building and demonstrating Salesforce CPQ prototypes in Salesforce.Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectureDesign, develop and maintain application architectures that support client’s business requirementsResolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systemsOptimize application performance and scalabilityAssist Project Leadership conducting project risk identification and mitigation planningProvide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualificationAct as an owner and ultimate escalation point for the implementations one builds and supports
Requirements

Requirements

3+ years Salesforce Platform implementation experience, with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementationsStrong understanding of the overall architecture of the Salesforce CRM platform concepts and how they influence designExperience in configuring any other recurring SaaS solutions would make a candidate stand outStrong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedbackAdept in execution of Agile methodologies, and overall use of JiraOutstanding organizational, analytical, communication and writing skillsAdept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience with managing remote teams across different time zonesSuperior abilities in problem-solving, project management, and attention to details

Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science OR Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experienceActive Salesforce CPQ Specialist Superbadges IdealActive B2B Commerce Functional, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Data Architecture & Management Designer would make a candidate stand out.
