Key Responsibilities

Deliver expertise in Salesforce.

In your role as Salesforce architect, you

Provide expertise on various Salesforce products, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.Master the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce products, allowing you to offer solutions with standard Salesforce functionality and allowing you to challenge customization requests.Own the end-to-end solution architecture of your domain in line with the roadmap of the platform.

Liaise Salesforce and Oracle Fusion Cloud

With your broader experience in a technical landscape having both Salesforce products and Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, you

Understand the integrations and handovers between Salesforce and Oracle Fusion CloudProvide the best possible solution in Salesforce, considering broader end-to-end business processes, which will be handled partially or fully in other systems (like CPQ, Billing, Invoicing, Installed base and Master Data Management).Translate complex business requirements in scalable, secure and maintainable solution architectures in cross application domains like Demand generation, Quote-to-cash, Procure-to-Pay and Asset life cycle management.

Solution architecture deliverables

Propose solution blueprints with alternatives. You will highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each solution and give your recommendation in line with the enterprise strategy.Lead the solution design from Esko point of view in collaboration with the system implementation partners.Design integrated solutions that align with both business demands and standard application functionality.Establish and maintain reference architectures, principles, and standards in synchronization with our technical architects, and development teams.Lead architecture reviews to ensure alignment with blueprints and non-functional requirements like scalability, security, and performance.

Collaborate with different stakeholders

You work in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You connect both with internal and external people (eg external system implementation consultants).You communicate solution designs of your domain to the broader architecture team.You provide guidance and support other teams to ensure the strategy and vision is maintained throughout the implementation track.

Foresee continuous improvement

You stay updated on new features offered by future Salesforce and Oracle releases.You drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Experience

Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or related discipline15+ years of broader experience in IT.8+ years of hands-on and recent experience on SFDC CRM platform.5+ years of proven experience in solution architecture.5+ years of recent functional experience on the Oracle platform. More in-depth knowledge in at least 1 of the Oracle modules is a plus.Experience in large-scale business transformation project including an ERP migration from legacy to cloud.Proven success in large-scale consulting or contractor roles.

Mindset & Soft skills

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.Excellent interpersonal - able to influence business and technical stakeholders.Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to understand business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions that drive value.

Optional

Experience in platform migrations (Salesforce ↔ Oracle Fusion).Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD from an architecture perspective.
