In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You’ll be responsible for defining and prioritizing work for development teams, ensuring that features and user stories align with business value. Working closely with developers and analysts, you’ll craft meaningful user stories and validate that the delivered solutions meet user acceptance criteria. This is a key client-facing role where you’ll manage the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, and help ensure the Salesforce platform delivers maximum impact. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** The Salesforce Product Owner will be responsible for: • Facilitating meetings with product stakeholders and business leaders to identify product requirements, deliver system demos, etc. • Translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications • Creating user stories that deliver business value to the client • Building and maintaining a prioritized product backlog • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions • Participating in the development and execution of the product roadmap • Assisting with the identification and analysis of bugs/issues • Creating user guides and system configuration documentation **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with at least 1 year focused on Salesforce • Proven experience writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working in Agile/Scrum environments • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong sense of ownership and autonomy • Strong ability to think critically and communicate effectively in a team environment • Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and other related Salesforce products • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical or business experience OPTIONAL: Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification • Previous consulting experience with enterprise clients This position is located in Knoxville, TN or Chattanooga, TN in a hybrid environment. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69,700.00 - $154,300.00.
