The Salesforce Process Innovation and Capability Expert will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring Salesforce is leveraged as a strategic enabler across the organization. This role focuses on understanding key stakeholders’ priorities, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and driving initiatives that align with enterprise goals. The ideal candidate brings both deep Salesforce expertise and strong business acumen, balancing tactical execution with long-term strategic vision.
**Your role:**
+ Partner with senior business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, etc.) to identify, prioritize, and deliver on Salesforce initiatives that support organizational strategy. Translate strategic business needs into Salesforce solutions, roadmaps, and actionable project plans.
+ Lead cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, ensuring SFDC roadmap reflects enterprise objectives and provide thought leadership on Salesforce capabilities, new features, and best practices to influence adoption and innovation.
+ Oversee governance processes to ensure Salesforce enhancements are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs and act as escalation point for high-impact requests, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with IT, data, and analytics teams to ensure Salesforce integrates effectively with broader enterprise systems. Track and report on value delivered through Salesforce initiatives, ensuring transparency with stakeholders and leadership.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of 8 years’ of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams or large initiatives.
+ Strong track record of working with senior stakeholders and translating strategic objectives into Salesforce-driven solutions. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and experience with Salesforce governance, change management, and roadmap planning.
+ Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
+ Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant) strongly preferred.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in the United States is $85,000 to $210,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
