Salesforce Platform Supervisor

As a member of this team, you will lead and contribute to a high-performing group focused on architecture, design, release management, and support of Salesforce solutions. You will also champion the use of AI-driven tools and practices to enhance the team’s productivity and velocity. **Job Functions:** + Lead and mentor Salesforce administrators and developers, ensuring a supportive team environment and consistent professional development + Actively participate in performance reviews, career development, and training initiatives for technical team members + Planning and coordination of release cycles and deployments, working closely with team members and stakeholders + Champion the use of AI-powered tools and practices to optimize workflows, automate testing, and support informed decision making + Contribute to and guide platform configuration and administrative tasks, particularly those of medium to high complexity + Ensure compliance with security, storage, and API limits by guiding teams on best practices and ongoing education + Lead efforts to evaluate and prepare the team for Salesforce seasonal releases and readiness + Support the provisioning of user access, licenses, profiles, roles, and permissions + Oversee and collaborate on the execution of the Salesforce platform roadmap in alignment with enterprise and Salesforce architecture standards and timelines + Partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define requirements and propose technical solutions that are practical, scalable, and team informed + Deliver solutions using Agile-Scrum methodologies with a focus on team engagement, feedback loops, and continuous improvement + Promote effective use of standard and custom objects, flows, triggers, page layouts, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) through mentoring and code/design reviews + Encourage sustainable development practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and peer collaboration + Collaborate on the integration of Salesforce with back-end RESTful services and other enterprise systems + Facilitate integration efforts with backend and enterprise systems, remove roadblocks, and facilitate communication + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues and defects through proactive monitoring and collaboration **Experience and Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years equivalent experience + 8+ years of Salesforce experience + Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred + Experience with Gearset, MuleSoft and Heroku preferred **Skills and Physical Demands:** + Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in a technical team setting + Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on listening, coaching, and team motivation + Ability to operate effectively both independently as well and within a team using Agile methodology + Strong organizational and time management skills + Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git + Experience delivering applications on the Salesforce platform + Able to enforce industry best practices and patterns + Proficient with data models + Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator + Requires normal range of hearing and vision + Additional hours may be necessary **Our Culture:** Fueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
