As the Field Sales Automation Manager, you will be responsible for managing CRM requirements, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day support for both the GMO and Intacct Salesforce instances across North America. This role plays a key part in advancing our digital transformation by optimizing sales and operational efficiency through effective use of Salesforce. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, drive user adoption, and improve data quality. In partnership with regional and functional leaders you will ensure initiatives align with strategy and are executed to support scalable growth.
