Salesforce Marketing Cloud Delivery Lead
**About the job you’re considering** The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Backlog Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and operational support of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role involves leading a medium-sized team focused on maintaining production stability and driving Business-As-Usual (BAU) enhancements. The Delivery Lead ensures that marketing automation capabilities are optimized to meet evolving business needs and client expectations. **Your role** + Lead and mentor a team of developers and support analysts responsible for Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations. + Coordinate daily stand-ups and internal connects to ensure alignment on priorities and issue resolution. + Oversee the health and performance of the Marketing Cloud environment, ensuring uptime and responsiveness. + Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures for recurring issues. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements and new features. + Collaborate with Salesforce Signature Success customer representative on releases, support management and enhancements. + Prioritize and deliver incremental improvements to email marketing, journey builder, automation studio, and audience segmentation capabilities. + Define and enforce best practices for campaign execution, data integration, and platform configuration. + Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external data protection standards. + Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client teams, managing expectations and translating business needs into technical solutions. + Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide input on roadmap development. + Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, workflows, and enhancement history. + Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and contribute to internal Centers of Excellence. **Your skills and experience** + 8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. + Strong hands-on expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio. + Proven experience in managing production support and delivering BAU enhancements. + Proficiency in AMPScript, SQL, and integration with external data sources. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud Consultant or equivalent are preferred. + Experience with Data Cloud would be helpful **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
