Ngā Kōrero mō tēnei tūranga / About the role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Customer Transformation team as a Salesforce Functional Lead in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. You will work with clients to shape and deliver transformation initiatives, guiding teams, translating strategy into execution, and driving meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead client engagements to define business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Mentor and support team members, contributing to capability growth across the Customer Transformation and Salesforce practices.
Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across solution design, process improvement, and implementation.
Conduct functional design workshops and map current and future-state processes.
Apply systems thinking and customer-centred design principles to improve service experiences and operational performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; including designers, developers, and transformation leads to deliver impactful outcomes.
Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Salesforce and Salesforce ecosystem partner certifications are desirable.
Over 5 years’ experience delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions in a Professional Services environment.
Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience, including coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a range of audiences.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
