We are currently seeking a Salesforce - Financial Service Cloud Architect to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with proven expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Identity & Access Management (SSO), and Salesforce Shield. This role requires providing strategic technical leadership, defining solution architecture, and ensuring security and compliance for Salesforce implementations in the financial domain.

The Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, developers, and administrators to design scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy

Lead the end-to-end solution design for Salesforce programs across FSC, Sales/Service, and Experience Clouds. Define enterprise architecture standards, security frameworks, and governance models. Translate complex financial business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with CIO/CTO, InfoSec, and compliance teams to align architecture with organizational strategy. Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Architect FSC solutions including data models, advisor workspaces, client/household hierarchies, and referral tracking. Design industry-specific workflows for wealth management, banking, lending, and insurance. Oversee FSC customization and integration with core banking/financial systems. Identity & Single Sign-On (SSO) Define identity and access strategy across Salesforce and external systems. Architect SSO solutions using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, etc. Integrate Salesforce with enterprise IdPs (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, ADFS). Establish MFA, identity licensing, and user provisioning strategies. Salesforce Shield & Security Define and enforce policies using Shield Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail. Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, SOC2 and other industry regulations. Collaborate with InfoSec to embed Salesforce into enterprise cybersecurity strategy. Lead security reviews, threat modeling, and performance tuning.

Leadership & Governance

Guide development teams, consultants, and admins on architectural best practices. Conduct design authority reviews and ensure adherence to architectural blueprints. Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to technical teams. Partner with program managers and product owners to ensure delivery excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 4+ years in an Architect role. Proven expertise in Financial Services Cloud (Wealth Management, Insurance, Retail Banking). Strong background in SSO, Identity Management, and Access Controls. Deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Shield (Encryption, Event Monitoring, Audit Trail). Strong integration expertise with APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica), and core banking systems.

Salesforce certifications highly preferred:

Certified Application Architect / System Architect (minimum) Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (big plus) Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional Identity & Access Management Designer Sharing & Visibility Designer Security & Privacy Accredited Professional

Nice to Have

Experience in enterprise-scale financial digital transformation programs. Knowledge of Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), and Metadata strategy.
