We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Salesforce Loyalty Management Experience Designer to lead the design and development of customer journeys within our Salesforce Experience Cloud. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital loyalty experience for millions of guests worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and scalable design solutions.

Skills and Requirements
-Proven experience in Journey Mapping, UX/UI Design, and --Prototyping.
-Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, and HTML/CSS.
-Experience designing for Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar platforms.
-Strong leadership and ownership of design workstreams, especially in ambiguous environments.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
