We are currently seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for high-impact digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in integrating payment systems (ACH, Apple Pay), and a strong understanding of Experience Cloud architecture, best practices, and multi-cloud strategies. Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) and other Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud portals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Salesforce best practices. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact with the client, providing architectural guidance, solution recommendations, and thought leadership. • Design and implement integrations with payment systems, including ACH and Apple Pay, with a focus on compliance, encryption, and seamless user experience. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and developers to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Ensure performance, security, reusability, and scalability across the Experience Cloud implementation. Promote and enforce Salesforce architectural best practices, standards, and frameworks. • Guide technical teams during design, development, and code reviews; mentor developers and junior architects. • Support presales efforts with solutioning, estimation, and architecture documentation when needed. Required Skills & Experience: • 8–10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) architecture and implementation. • Proven experience in integrating payment gateways, specifically ACH and Apple Pay, within Salesforce platforms. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform components: Apex, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling. • Solid understanding of Salesforce security, authentication (SSO, OAuth), and sharing models. • Experience designing multi-device, responsive portals with personalized user experiences. • Ability to engage directly with clients, gather requirements, and articulate architecture decisions clearly. • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi), and external system connectivity.
