We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead our growing team of Salesforce developers and admins. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical direction, development, and delivery of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and scales with our growth. You will foster a collaborative and innovative environment, mentor team members, and drive best practices in Salesforce development.

\n\nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nLead with Impact: You’ll maximize the potential of your team by fostering their growth and development, helping them reach their full potential.\nDrive Strategy: You'll collaborate with multiple departments to understand business processes and objectives, then own strategic initiatives that drive our company forward.\nBe a Trusted Partner: You’ll work with teams across the organization, providing expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and recommendations.\nChampion User Experience: You'll prioritize a seamless user experience and high user adoption by implementing effective change management.\nMeasure What Matters: You'll define and track key performance metrics to ensure system performance and team efficiency.\nStay Ahead of the Curve: You'll remain current on technology trends and continuously look for opportunities to learn and grow.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nDeepen Your Business Acumen: You’ll broaden your understanding of company-wide goals and objectives by collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.\nBecome a Strategist: You'll establish system roadmaps and strategic initiatives, defining the scope and vision for the team based on business needs and team capacity.\nExpand Your Leadership: As part of a rapidly growing global team, you’ll take on increasing managerial responsibilities, developing your leadership skills through mentorship and project leadership.\nAdvance Your Skills: You'll continuously expand your technical proficiency in relevant business applications and systems, tracking your progress and creating action plans for professional growth.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nLead and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.\nDefine and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.\nOversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.\nEnsure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as ERP, billing, and contract management to support end-to-end sales operations.\nCollaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders and revenue operations to translate complex business requirements for Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Go-To-Market (GTM) into scalable technical solutions.\nManage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.\nConduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability.\nStay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives within the team and development processes, with a strong emphasis on identifying and addressing the root causes of issues to ensure sustainable solutions.\nWork with business leadership to establish a Salesforce roadmap that supports our strategy and initiatives.\nParticipate in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For on Your Resume\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nDate 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least Date 3+ years in a leadership or management role.\nDeep, demonstrable expertise in CPQ and its integration with CRM.\nIn-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service capabilities and best practices. \nSalesforce certifications: Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist.\nStrong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API integrations.\nIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative configurations (workflows, process builder, flows, custom objects, etc.).\nExperience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).\nExperience implementing usage-based and consumption-based pricing models within Salesforce CPQ or other quote-to-cash platforms.\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly preferred.\nStrong leadership skills with demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrated experience in driving significant improvements to development processes, system architecture, and operational excellence.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nCompany-Wide Impact: The work you do will have a high-visibility, corporate-wide impact.
