Job description

Infosys –– Developer
In the role of Salesforce Developer, understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to ongoing releases.Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.Develops scalable and maintainable Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Flows and Process Builder.Collaborates with business analysts, QA teams, and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to organizational and platform best practices.Assists in unit testing and debugging, resolving technical issues in coordination with the development and QA teams.Stays updated on Salesforce platform releases and applies new features where appropriate to improve solution efficiency.Participates in Agile ceremonies and contributes to sprint deliverables by effectively managing tasks and meeting deadlines.Supports deployment activities and assists in troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments.Collaborates with the team to ensure proper documentation, version control, and technical knowledge sharing.

Locations for this position are Mexico (Monterrey, Mexico City & Guadalajara).
Qualifications BasicBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 3-4+ years related experience in Salesforce Force.com platform/Cloud implementations (i.e. Sales, Service, Experience etc.) Mandatory Skillsets: Experience in Salesforce development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, Visual force, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs and web services.Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers to implement complex business requirements.Has experience in the Salesforce domain and have a deep understanding of the Salesforce sales Cloud & communities’ solutions. Should be Salesforce Certified
Other Relevant ExperienceProficient in English communicationExperience working as part of a Scrum team practicing Agile development methodologies.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
