Position Overview

We are seeking an intermediate Salesforce Developer (Force.com) to join our Global Delivery Center in the Greater Montreal Area. In this role, you will work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications. This position offers hands-on technical challenges and numerous career growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including:
Point-and-click configurations, workflows, and flows
APEX triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning (Aura and LWC)
Develop interfaces between Salesforce and other applications.
Provide support and administration for existing Salesforce clients.
Collaborate with clients and CGI teams (consultants, architects, pre-sales) to ensure project success.
Participate in project estimation and planning.
Mentor, coach, and provide technical leadership to junior team members.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
Minimum 2 years experience using Salesforce Industries solutions ideally Public Sector or Financial Services Cloud
Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce platform.
Experience in enterprise application development and customization (Salesforce, Java, and/or Microsoft technologies).
Strong understanding of SDLC; Agile experience preferred.
Ability to deliver Salesforce solutions adhering to SFDC standards and best practices.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, Copado, GearSet).
Proven track record deploying complex enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Postsecondary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant).

Data residency tools: CipherCloud, Perspecsys
Other CRMs: MS Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel
Experience in Professional Services, Government, or Utilities sectors
Methodologies: Agile, ITIL, CMMI, ISO
Experience with large professional services providers
