**Introduction** We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Specialist to design, implement, and manage our organization's Salesforce data management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient data architecture that meets the needs of our business stakeholders. **Your role and responsibilities** * Design and implement data models, data governance policies, and data quality processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization * Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures data availability, security, and compliance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs * Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting * Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA * Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications * Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends **Required technical and professional expertise** * 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Salesforce * Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, data governance, and data quality processes * Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud * Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes * Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams * Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Experience with data science and machine learning technologies such as Python, R, or TensorFlow * Certification in Salesforce Data Architecture or related field IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
