We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Salesforce CRM Business Support Specialist & Reporting Professional to join the Clients & Markets team within our Internal Firm Services team based in Athens.

Key Responsibilities:   

Empower all involved stakeholders in their Salesforce journey by providing proactive guidance and hands-on support.  Enhance user adoption and unlock the full potential of the platform while ensuring alignment with business rules.   

Engage closely with Global Support and Development teams to collaborate on CRM-related technical challenges or new releases, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. Assist with system configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure effective deployment and operation.   

Oversee user access, permissions, and security audits. Ensure CRM data accuracy through regular checks and lead effective data cleansing efforts.  

Create and maintain documentation such as FAQs and training materials. Contribute to training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of system features, business rules and drive optimal use  

Serve as a key partner in translating business needs into dynamic reports and dashboards showing trends and forecasts, enabling data-driven insights and impactful decision-making across the organization.  

Collaborate seamlessly with Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to capture essential business requirements, streamline and enhance processes, and drive workflow innovation and automation.

What you bring to the team:  

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.  

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business or STEM Ka 

Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) will be considered an asset  

Experience in analysis, report creation, and data visualization  

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office     

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English  

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills   

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.   

Strong communication and presentations skills to provide user training and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.  

Passionate about delivering high-quality work
