This position is open to applicants who reside in Toronto and is open to applicants seeking a 4-month internship work term, commencing in Jan 2026. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of their work term. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related program * Coursework or experience in sales, marketing, or business strategy is an asset * Strong written communication skills, demonstrated through essays, reports, or presentations * Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business-related roles (co-op, internships, or extracurricular involvement) is an asset * Comfortable working with data, research, and technology tools (Salesforce or CRM exposure is a plus, but not required) * Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities * Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine passion for people and technology **Preferred technical and professional experience** * A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view * Can translate business requirements into technical solutions * Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems * Have initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
