Responsibilities
Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members. Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Identifying issues, risks and benefits from the existing (as-is) and proposed (to-be) solutions and outlining their impact on business. Writing concepts, functional design, user stories and acceptance criteria’s, use cases and business process design/requirement documents. Being involved in implementation, training, and testing of the solutions Supporting business transition and helping to establish change. Building relationships with customers at ground level and mid management level, to help manage the account, with support from the Program/Implementation Manager/Lead.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
B.E or B.Tech or MCA Relevant experience in business analysis –FSL field Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including FSL, and understanding of business processes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions. Must have experience in writing the functional design documents and user stories for agile development projects. Experience in leading requirements gathering workshops and business analysis for relevant years in agile projects. Experience in complicated software projects.
