**Salesforce Business Analyst** We’re looking for a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across sales, service, and marketing to understand their goals, optimize processes, and deliver impactful Salesforce enhancements. This role blends business analysis, platform configuration, automation, and user enablement to drive operational excellence. **Responsibilities:** · Understanding business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions using Salesforce's declarative capabilities. · Meeting with stakeholders (like sales, service, and marketing teams) to understand their challenges and goals. Documenting these business requirements, map out existing processes, and identify areas for improvement. Translate vague business needs into specific, actionable technical requirements. · Identifies business processes that are repetitive and ripe for automation. Builds these automations using tools like Salesforce Flow to streamline workflows, create approval processes, and automatically update records, thereby increasing user efficiency and reducing manual effort. · The individual is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the Salesforce org. · Responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that give stakeholders visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends. They also oversee data quality, performing tasks like data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration using tools like Data Loader. · As the subject matter expert, this person is the go-to resource for end-users. Responsibilities include creating training documentation, leading user training sessions on new features or processes, and providing day-to-day troubleshooting and support. Help drive user adoption by ensuring everyone knows how to use the platform effectively to perform their jobs. **Required Qualifications:** · 6-8 yrs of experience in business analysis role, as a Salesforce Administrator, or in a similar CRM-focused position. · Demonstrable experience in gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, and managing projects is highly valued. · Certified in more than one of - Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or equivalents · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · The ability to analyze complex business challenges, think critically, and propose innovative and effective solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. · Strong Project Management experience **Salary and Other Compensation:** Applications will be accepted until 08/15/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $83,600– $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
