Salesforce Business Analyst

Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Salesforce Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries. Your primary responsibilities include: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. * Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. * Partner with Salesforce Admins and Developers to design and deliver effective solutions in Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. * Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and process mapping exercises. * Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, wireframes, and training materials. * Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended. * Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help coordinate testing efforts across teams. * Help prioritize backlogs and manage enhancement requests. * Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization or automation within the Salesforce platform. * Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices, and make recommendations for adoption. **Required technical and professional expertise** * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on involvement in Salesforce projects. * Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations, particularly in Service Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. * Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to translate technical concepts into business terms. * Skilled in writing user stories, process documentation, and acceptance criteria. * Proficient in business process modeling and data analysis. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Salesforce Administrator Certifications and Experience Cloud Consultant is preferred. * Portuguese and English are preferred, but could be just English * Background in industries such as Manufacturing and Electronics. * Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and declarative automation tools.
