Responsibilities

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our Salesforce team! In this role, you will design and implement scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that support approximately 900 users across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering Service, Finance, and Customer Operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals, mentor team members, and stay current with the evolving Salesforce ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with strategic goalsDesign and document scalable, secure Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platformsLead integration efforts with external systems using tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, and InformaticaProvide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and analystsDevelop and maintain best practices, governance policies, and standards for Salesforce development and integrationCreate prototypes and visual models to support requirements gathering and stakeholder decision-makingOptimize and manage Salesforce process flows, automation, and data modelsSupport project activities related to customizations, enhancements, and deploymentsStay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trendsReview existing solutions and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usabilityQualificationsBachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Sales, or a related field10+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, or Service CloudsSalesforce Designer and/or Architecture certifications preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusSkills & CompetenciesDeep understanding of sales operations, order management, and customer service processesExpertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, and Flow automationStrong knowledge of enterprise application integration best practicesAbility to translate high-level requirements into actionable technical solutions and proof of conceptsExcellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsEffective relationship-building and interpersonal communication abilitiesPassion for continuous learning and staying current with Salesforce innovations
