Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer in Tampa, FL. Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our CRM ecosystem - designing intelligent automation, safeguarding platform reliability, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. You will work closely with our Financial and Project Management teams to maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, driving efficiencies across the organization. You will also stay abreast of the latest platform enhancements and technologies to recommend system improvements. This role will report to the Company's Salesforce Platform Lead. Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain declarative automations-including Flows-to optimize and streamline business processes within Salesforce * Migrate and enhance legacy automation (e.g., Process Builders) to modern, efficient Flow solutions * Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues, including diagnosing and resolving errors related to Flows, system integrations, and overall platform performance * Integrate Salesforce with third-party financial and project management platforms such as Certinia (formerly FinancialForce), or similar systems * Maintain and enhance Salesforce customizations, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) * Manage and facilitate deployments using change management tools (e.g., Gearset) in alignment with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices * Collaborate with DevOps teams to support source control, release management, and robust deployment workflows (e.g., using Git) * Partner with diverse business units to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions
