We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more. **Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:** + Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards + Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies + Create and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents + Create customer Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events + Create new Salesforce user accounts + Reset Salesforce inactive user accounts + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions + Perform day-to-day administration of Salesforce development and test environments + Develop web applications following modern industry standards and best practices + Follow an object-oriented paradigm to maximize code reuse and flexibility + Leverage a cutting-edge technology platform to accelerate the pace of software development + Operate in an Agile software development environment while satisfying the government’s Waterfall-style project stage gates + Interact daily with system and business analysts to clarify requirements + Receive guidance from lead architect on design and implementation tasks to complete + Receive feedback from lead architect on completed tasks, including items requiring correction or improvement + Collaborate among cross-functional technical teams to reconcile new business requirements with the integration of legacy systems + Contribute technical designs, including detailed data flows and data schemas **Education and Experience Required:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + 6+ years of Salesforce Administrator development experience + Salesforce Administrator certification + Salesforce Platform Developer I certification **Required Skills and Competencies:** + Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations + Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce development + Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and sharing architecture + Proven experience designing large-scale Salesforce implementations + Data Loader Utility, User Interfaces, CSS, HTML, jQuery and AJAX + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data migration, system integration (page, components, controllers) + User Acceptance Testing (UAT) + Strong communication and leadership abilities + Experience with Agile development methodologies + Ability to obtain public trust clearance **Desired Skills and Competencies:** + Experience with government IT projects + Additional certifications in Salesforce specialty clouds + Experience with AI/ML implementation in Salesforce + Experience with GearSet + Experience with GitHub + Experience with change management in enterprise environments **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
